He is a BE in Civil Engineering & MTech In Highway Engineering having more than 24 years of rich and varied professional working experience specially in Mega Highway Projects Construction, Project Implementation, Pretender Advice, Modern Surveying, Highway and Pavement Design, Contract Management , Interpretation of LAW, FIDIC based Contract Documentation and Administration. Contractual Claims, Disputes of Contracts, Change of Scope Claims, Time extension claims as per contract condition. His overall work exposure in various domains giving him the lead role in the organization to justify and implement the contractual obligation.
